Rob and the California George Family

I work across from a retail center known as Irvine Spectrum Center. It is nice having this center across the street from work. There are a lot of places to eat and it is handy for occasional shopping. It also makes a great place to walk around when I need to stretch my legs and think.

Today the girls came by to take me to the Cheesecake Factory across the street for lunch. We have generally enjoyed it when we eat there, although the last time we had some service issues at lunch. I have never written a letter of complaint to a restaurant before, but this time it was over the top. My goal was really just to give them feedback on how things went for their own improvement. However, I received a nice call and letter from this location's General Manager. Today's meal was on him thanks to a gift card that he sent to us. They did a much better job today.
